a. Two pricing options are available:
a. Clients may cancel their subscription after the initial 12-month term.
b. A 30-day notice is required for cancellations.
c. Early cancellation before the 12-month term ends will result in a prorated fee based on the remaining months.
d. A 15-day grace period is provided for payment delays.
e. For the flat rate option, clients may choose to exit the project at each stage before the next payment is due. However, the prior amount will not be refunded. All work completed up to that point will be forwarded to the client, and the contract can then be terminated.
a. Payments will be processed through Stripe.
b. Clients will be notified of failed payments and must rectify the situation within the grace period.
c. Repeated payment failures may lead to service termination.
a. The service includes the design and development of a basic website with fewer than 3 pages. Mockups can be based on client preferences or existing designs.
b. E-commerce integrations and heavy illustrations/animations are not included.
c. Regular maintenance covers minor changes, support, updates, and the occasional addition of images or content (only applicable to the monthly subscription).
d. Major overhauls or redesigns may incur additional costs.
e. Additional design or development requests are considered out-of-scope and may incur extra fees.
a. Hosting is provided through DigitalOcean droplets for the monthly subscription option, ensuring high bandwidth, fast hosting, and regular backups.
b. Weekly backups of website data will be taken (only applicable to the monthly subscription).
c. HyperBoost USA LLC is not responsible for any data loss.
d. Clients should maintain copies of crucial data.
a. Website uptime is monitored using Uptime Robot.
b. While aiming for maximum uptime, occasional downtimes may occur.
c. HyperBoost USA LLC is not liable for losses due to website downtime.
a. Clients must provide all necessary content and images for initial setup.
b. Delays in providing these may result in a delayed website launch.
c. Clients should thoroughly review the website after initial design and report any issues.
a. Clients retain ownership of all original content provided.
b. Content created by HyperBoost USA LLC transfers to the client upon full payment.
c. Website templates and code remain the property of their respective owners.
a. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding any claim.
b. HyperBoost USA LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
a. Primary communication is via email, phone, or Zoom.
b. Physical meetings are not conducted unless it’s an emergency.
c. Travel by HyperBoost USA LLC representatives should not be expected.
d. Emergencies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
